Problem Definition

The current process of handling civil complaints is unsatisfactory for both public officials and citizens. Citizens experience frustration due to delays in processing, while public officials face significant stress from malicious complaints submitted by citizens. Consequently, systemic issues exist in the communication process between public officials and citizens. To address this, we propose the introduction of a Large Language Model (LLM)-based agent to improve the efficiency and satisfaction of the communication process.

Key functions & Demo Video

The core functionalities provided by Minwon99 are threefold. First, it offers a complaint assistant chatbot to help citizens draft their complaints. Second, it provides both citizens and public officials with similar cases ranked by relevance, based on input values from existing complaints. Finally, it evaluates the harmfulness of complaints and performs emotion moderation to alleviate the stress caused by malicious complaints before presenting them to public officials.
